Has my order been shipped yet?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details, including the date of shipment and any tracking details. If you wish to inquire about whether your order has been shipped please log into your account and go to ‘my orders’. All tracking information will be posted there. As a general rule we aim to ship out all orders within 3 business days of receiving the order.
What shipping methods can I choose from?
We ship via USPS First class and Priority, as well as UPS Ground in some instances.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take for delivery?
Depending on your address and selected freight service, your order will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.
What payment options can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
My payment has been declined?
If your payment has been declined please check that the credit card details or paypal details you entered are all correct. Occasionally a credit card will fail to make payment if there are insufficient funds, if this is the case, try another card. If you continue to experience this problem please contact us at email@example.com.
Raceready accepts returns on all products within 30 days of original purchase. A replacement item will be shipped or store credit will be issued according to our return policy guidelines. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to process returns and exchanges.
Items eligible for return:
- Exchange or store credit within 30 days.
- Items must be unwashed and unused, in the condition you received them in
- All items must have tags attached to be returnable.
Items that can't be returned to raceready.com:
- Please be advised that items cannot be returned after 30 days from original purchase date. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please email customer service at email@example.com.
Defects and Misships- Defective items in the rare instance that your order arrives defective, please take a picture of the defect and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.
- Wrong items shipped. If you receive the wrong item(s), please take a picture of the product and the tags and send it to email@example.com along with your first and last name. We will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.
We currently do not process refunds from purchases made on raceready.com. Please refer to the defective item, wrong item, and exchanges sections for more information regarding returns.
We are able to exchange items of the same price. In order to process an exchange, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are looking to exchange your product for product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online.
